How I Built a Slow-Burn AI R&B Track That Actually Hits

Some tracks hit like a flash.
This one smolders.
📦 Project: “Work Me Slowly”
This was me trying to make something late-night and lowkey sensual using Udio — think neon lights, breathy vocals, and that deep bass that sits in your chest.
🎧 What I Used:
- Tool: Udio
- Prompt: “slow, sensual R&B with deep bass, late-night energy, vaporwave textures”
- Processing: Audacity for light mix polish
- Visuals: Canva + stock loops (neon windows, rainy trains)

🎤 The Hook:
"I'm the kind of soul / that craves the kind of touch that can last…”
I let that line breathe and built the whole chorus around it. That was the anchor.
📈 Content Stack:
- Main Visualizer: Lyric video over moody city visuals
- Short Clip: Chorus hook with bold glitch text
- BTS: Screen record of prompt > track > mix > final
- Lore Drop: “Only plays at 3:14AM if you’re walking east on Queen…”
🧪 Why This Works (for Creators):
AI tools like Udio are wild because they give you a moodboard in audio form.
You just have to treat it like a creative collaborator — not a vending machine.
The key? Start with emotion, not genre.
