This license governs your use of the audio files (“Samples”) included in the AI Muse Personal Sample Library (“Library”).

1) OWNERSHIP
All Samples remain the property of The A.I. Muse. You are licensed to use the Samples as described below; no ownership is transferred.

2) PERMITTED USE
- You may use the Samples royalty‑free in your own musical compositions, productions, performances, podcasts, videos, games, and other media (“Works”).
- You may edit, process, slice, and combine the Samples with other sounds.
- You may distribute commercial and non‑commercial Works that include the Samples.

3) RESTRICTIONS
- You may NOT resell, repackage, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Samples in isolation or as part of any other sample/loop pack, sound library, preset pack, or template (free or paid).
- You may NOT use the Samples to train, fine‑tune, or evaluate any machine learning model or dataset without prior written permission.
- You may NOT claim trademark rights in the Library name or any included file names.

4) ATTRIBUTION
Attribution is appreciated but not required. When credits are provided, please include: “Samples from The A.I. Muse – Personal Library.”

5) CLEARANCE & THIRD‑PARTY RIGHTS
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Samples in combination with other content does not infringe any third‑party rights.

6) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Library is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. In no event will The A.I. Muse be liable for any damages arising from use of the Samples.

7) UPDATES
Updates may add, change, or remove Samples. New versions will note changes in a CHANGELOG.
